Hi, I'm Wayne.
I started The Thriving Space to help people do well in life, and in relationships. Life isn't the easiest, and personally as I navigate the craziness of life, the roles I play, and learning to love better in my cross-cultural marriage, I have discovered what works.
Having been a Personal Trainer, Physical Training Instructor, Trainer, Teacher & Speaker over the past 2 decades, I have worked with people of many age-groups and cultures. The gift I bring is an innate ability to understand people, and help people to understand each other. I translate people. My top strengths of Empathy, Connectedness, Includer & Context help me to create safe spaces for such dialogues to happen.
